This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs all requests for refunds in connection with subscriptions to the Fund Launch AI platform and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Fund Launch AI (“Fund Launch AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or subscribing to the Services, you (the “Customer” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Policy.
This Policy forms part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service with respect to refunds, this Policy shall control.
“Month-to-Month Plan” means any subscription billed on a recurring monthly basis without a fixed annual commitment.
“Annual Plan” means any subscription billed on a recurring annual basis or otherwise carrying a twelve (12) month commitment, regardless of whether payment is made in a single installment or in periodic installments over the term.
“Billing Date” means the date on which a subscription fee is charged to your designated payment method at the commencement of a new subscription term or renewal term.
“Refund Period” means the limited window of time, as defined in this Policy, during which an eligible Customer may request a refund.
ALL FEES PAID IN CONNECTION WITH A MONTH-TO-MONTH PLAN ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
There is no refund period for Month-to-Month Plans, and no refunds, credits, or proration will be issued for any partial or unused portion of a monthly billing cycle, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
If you cancel a Month-to-Month Plan, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Services through the end of that cycle, and you will not be charged for any subsequent cycle.
For Annual Plans, you may request a full refund of the fees paid for the then-current annual term, provided that your written refund request is received by us within seven (7) calendar days following the applicable Billing Date (the “7-Day Refund Period”).
To be eligible for a refund under this Section, all of the following conditions must be met:
(a) The request must relate to an Annual Plan; and
(b) The request must be received within the 7-Day Refund Period measured from the Billing Date for the relevant annual term.
Once the 7-Day Refund Period has elapsed, the annual subscription fee becomes non-refundable in full and you are committed to the remainder of the annual term. No refunds, credits, or proration will be issued for any unused portion of the annual term after the 7-Day Refund Period has expired, and cancellation after this period will take effect at the end of the then-current annual term without any refund.
Each renewal of an Annual Plan initiates a new Billing Date and a corresponding new 7-Day Refund Period applicable to that renewal term. Refund eligibility for a renewal term is determined solely by reference to the Billing Date of that renewal term.
To request a refund under this Policy, you must submit a written request by email to support@fundlaunch.com. Your request must include the account name and the email address associated with your subscription. A refund request is deemed received as of the date and time the email is delivered to support@fundlaunch.com. Requests submitted through any other channel may not be honored.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to be reflected by your financial institution.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the revised Policy or as otherwise communicated to you. The version of this Policy in effect as of your applicable Billing Date will govern refund eligibility for that subscription term.
